Born in 1958. From 1977 to 1978 she studied English at the Vilnius University, in 1982 she graduated from the Vilnius Fine Arts Academy where she studied ceramics. She has participated in exhibitions and symposiums in Australia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Korea, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Russia, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, UK, and the USA since 1983 and has arranged a number of solo exhibitions. The artist has won several awards such as Prize of the Ministry of culture of Lithuania (1987), Merit Prize at the VI Taiwan Gold Ceramics Awards (2000), Diploma at the Zepter International Design Awards (2004). Her works are included in the collection of Korean, Lithuanian museums.
Dalia was a participant of the symposium in 2000.
